Mail-in repair process

From consultation and creating an order to intake checks, approval, repair, testing and return shipping.

Outbound and return shipping methods, costs and estimated times are subject to the information confirmed before shipping and in your order.

When to choose this service

  • You cannot conveniently visit the store, and the device can be shipped safely.
  • You can complete the consultation, order, data preparation and packaging first.
  • For swelling, leaks, unusual smells, significant heat or serious structural damage, contact support to check whether shipping is possible.

Before shipping

  • Describe the model, symptoms, known damage and repair history first.
  • Back up important data first, and check that the backup actually works.
  • Keep your Apple Account password and verification codes to yourself. Do not share them with anyone.
  • The account owner must personally sign out, turn off Find My or handle personal data when required.
  • Remove valuable accessories unrelated to the service and record anything that must accompany the device.
  • Use packaging that prevents movement and protects the screen and corners. Keep the shipping receipt.
