Service process
Choose in-store or mail-in repair. Both follow the same principles for checks, confirmation, records and handover.
If the device is swollen, leaking, smells unusual or is abnormally hot, stop using and charging it. Back up important data in advance, and never share your Apple Account password or verification codes.
Choose how to get service
In-store repair
Complete device intake, pre-repair checks, plan confirmation, final checks and handover in person.
For customers who can visit and would like to explain the problem and check the device’s condition in person.
Mail-in repair
Your order connects shipping, receipt checks, plan confirmation, repair, final checks and return delivery.
For customers who cannot visit, provided the device is safe to ship.
Confirmation points shared by both options
- Before repair: record device identity, visible condition, testable functions, abnormalities and untested items.
- Confirm the plan: repair work, costs, key risks, estimated time and anything that remains uncertain.
- If the plan changes: pause when new issues, costs or risks arise, then explain and seek confirmation again.
- At handover: check completed work, final test results, untested areas, accessories and after-sales contacts.
