Will storage expansion affect normal use, and what risks are involved?

Storage expansion is a logic-board procedure. It requires removing the original storage chip and installing a new chip matched to the expansion capacity.
We use CNC grinding to remove the original storage chip, reducing the effects that prolonged logic-board heating during traditional hot-air removal may cause. After installing the new chip, we use BGA adhesive and controlled reflow-oven heating, followed by system restoration, storage read/write tests and full-device function tests.
Once expansion is complete and passes testing, the device can be used with its new storage capacity. Because the process replaces storage hardware and restores the system, you must complete an important-data backup first. Supported capacity and the outcome depend on device inspection and the confirmed expansion plan.
