How long does a repair take?

For routine services (such as battery cell transplants, battery replacements, storage upgrades and other component replacements), your device is usually sent back about 2 days after we receive it.
Logic board repairs and difficult-to-diagnose issues have an estimated turnaround of 3–5 days. Complex cases may take longer; the specific timeframe depends on our assessment after receiving and inspecting your device.
If you have a specific deadline, please contact customer service in advance. Our repair team will assess whether expedited handling is possible based on the circumstances.
