Can you arrange video filming?

Video filming needs to be arranged around the current production schedule. If the timing, device model and repair service are a good match for the filming requirements, we may be able to coordinate filming. If the device has a distinctive fault or a story worth sharing, we may also give it priority for filming consideration.
