In the Apple devices we currently service, memory is generally highly integrated with the CPU or logic board, so RAM cannot be upgraded by simply adding memory.
Storage
Some Macs, iPhones and iPads support a storage expansion. Whether a device is supported and its maximum capacity depend on the model, logic-board design and current hardware condition, which must be confirmed through inspection.
